Terms & Conditions for Tour and Prek Toal Home Stay Policies:

1. Child Policy

All child are welcome.

The safety of children is of utmost importance to us however we have no special facilities for children. The tour facilities and accommodation are not childproof, so we ask all guests to be caring and vigilant with their children.

 All our transport and accommodation facilities are safe but in some cases we will travel and live in a working community and the natural environment so if you think your children can handle this we would love for you to join us and have a wonderful family experience.  We hope all our guests, including children, will understand that they must be quiet and respectful at all times.

2. Guest safety

Prek Toal Home Stay will make every effort to ensure the safety of visitors and tourists.  Visitors with Prek Toal Home Stay take part in all activities at their own risk. We will take every precaution to look after our visitors, however Prek Toal Home Stay does not take responsibility for:

      - Any injuries, accidents or sickness, or

      - The defect of any vehicle, or

      - Negligence or default of any third party that affects visitors.

      - Visitors are expected to have their own travel insurance, which will be the most important form of managing their own safety.

3. Reservation Policy

    a.   Prek Toal Home Stay

-          - For high, low and peak seasons and also for long stays and group bookings, we require a deposit to be made by Bank Transfer or in USD dollar cash to secure the booking as per inquiry by Prek Toal Home Stay

          - All reservation will be made by email, this is to protect your booking and avoid fake bookings and no-shows. We will send you an invoice with bank account after we confirm your reservation stated (bank fees are paid by guest).

         b. Tours

            - All full payments will be made in USD dollar cash before one day of departure date

            - All reservation will be made by email, this is to protect your booking and avoid fake bookings and no-shows.

      5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

    a.  Prek Toal Home Stay

        - Peak period, group and large bookings will have specific terms and conditions.  Please refer to your reservation confirmation for the terms and conditions that apply. Refunds for cancellations are subject to the following charges:

       - If cancelled or modified up to 3 days before arrival date will result in 30% charge per room 

       - If cancelled or modified less than 3 days before the date of arrival or in case of no-show 100% of the booking item amount will be charges.

    b. Tours

 - If cancelled or modified up to 52 hours before the date of tours start or in case of no-show 100% of the booking item amount will be charges.
